How should I care for my products? Natural soaps are a softer soap and should not be left in water. This causes them to become gummy and dissolve faster. It is best to keep them on a slotted soap dish or one that allows the water to drain away from the soap. Other products should be stored in a cool, dry place. Products should be used within one year. Are your products 100% Natural? Most of our products are between 97-99% natural. The use of fragrence oils causes them to not be 100% natural. Products containing fragrance oils have been requested time and again because essential oils cannot duplicate some scents. Do you test on animals? We do not do any testing on animals. All products are tested by me, family and friends. Do I have to order online? What is your return policy? Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept any returns. What is your processing/shipping time? Most items should be available for shipping within 3-4 days. Shipping through USPS takes 2-3 business days to arrive. In the event that a product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock you will be contacted and an alternative may be selected or the order may be held until the product is available. If there are any problems with orders...I will contact you through email. Will products melt during shipping? Body butters may soften during shipping in warmer weather. The quality of the product should not be affected. If you receive a product that has been affected by the heat simply place it in the refrigerator for a short time. Some settling may occur in the body butter if the product has melted in transit. Are your products measured in volume or weight? Products that come in containers are measured in ounces by volume. In most instances the weight of the product exceeds the volume of the product. Soaps are measured in ounces by weight. How is my personal info handled?
